This is John Jentsch. My guest today is Donna Cutting. She's the founder and CEO of and the author of the book we're going to talk about today called One Way to Roll Out the Red Carpet for Clients. In fact, I've met many, many people. They are warm, very warm, loving people, but they don't grow up understanding the importance of eye contact, a smile, a good handshake, and caring phrases, all the things you can teach someone if they have an open heart to receive it . Donna, thank you for joining me. Donna Cutting Hey, John.. So, a way. Don't you https://bcellphonelist.com/ think it would be better if you just did one thing? Oh, yes, absolutely. Does that make sense John Jentsch Yeah, certainly, I think you convinced me that service, good service, red carpet service is really a culture. So I think it seems to permeate the organization. It's interesting to me how people learn a method and find it interesting, but what I want to do is give people enough ideas for action, practical ideas that they can actually take directly from the book ideas and implement them in their companies, or at least be inspired by some of these ideas so that they can improve service standards in their organizations. They hire people for this. Qualifications for this job may measure the idea of empathy, but they also empower people. I was on a plane this week and Southwest Magazine always has stories about their employees doing good things, and then we all know those companies that really tend to empower their employees to do good things.
